TOS & prices may change at any point, however, you are bound to the TOS & pricing agreed upon at time of commission.
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
payment info
past the point of a finished sketch, if you decide to cancel, you are only entitled to a refund of half of the total cost.
i do not accept any form of digital currency(ex, bitcoin, etherium, nfts, in-game currencies)
most other forms of payment ARE accepted, however! (paypal, venmo, cashapp, etc. ask me if those dont work, and we can sort smth out!)
all payment is in USD
half/half is accepted, but full payment must be received before i start the finished piece.
rights & uses
commercial use: yes, however, the cost of anything that is intended to be sold or used as promotional material will be an additional +150% of the original price.
you may use it on any social platform(excluding telegram) as a profile decoration, profile picture, or banner.
you may NOT use my artwork for anything AI related, including training, references for AI, and anything else AI related. you may NOT use my artwork for anything crypto, NFT, or other related scams/currencies.

delivery will occur within 14 days, and if it takes longer, i will offer you a half refund. please be patient with me during the process, it will be greatly appreciated.
you have the right to ask for an update at any point in time.
i will send you as many updates as possible.
dos & donts
i will not draw any NSFW related art.
i am not capable of drawing gore, but if that is something you want, id be happy to try.
i will draw mildly-somewhat suggestive art, but not past that.
mild drug use(ex, marijuana, cigarettes & cigars, etc) is okay.
